TL;DR for the End User: All CloudSeeker Services collect info that you send, and info that is required to establish a connection and to provide you with our Services. We may use those types of data for any reason, including sharing it with our affiliates and subsidiaries, except for selling it. Data collected from external Epic Games account login info required to provide some Fall Guys FGAnalyst services is not stored. All of this data that is associated to your account may be removed by request (more info on this at point 5). For cookie info, see point 4. (PLEASE READ IT FULLY, IT IS NOT THAT LONG)
In this Privacy Policy, we refer to the CloudSeeker Network (The Chatrooms Hometown Chatroom and the CloudSeeker Account service) as "CloudSeeker", "our Services", "Chatrooms", "FGAnalyst", and "Chatrooms Hometown".
We may refer to the FGAnalyst Service as just "FGAnalyst".
We may also refer to the Republic of North Macedonia as just "Macedonia" in this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy for our Services at any time, but if we do, we will inform the users of our Services in some way, whether it's the Blog, our Twitter/X handle, or anything when possible.
Data that you provide to us using our Services that is associated to your account(s) is defined as "user information", "user info" or "user data" in our Privacy Policy. Any data you send that is not associated to your account cannot be deleted as we cannot associate it to you, unless there is an obvious reference to you in the data (such data can be Chatrooms Hometown attachments). Such user information must be legal in Macedonia, where our Services are hosted.
We store data that you provide to our Services to provide you with the basic use of our Services. A request or removal of this data can be requested as per point 5.
This includes data such as your user agent, IP address, and other
data that your browser or client provides while connecting to our
Services, so we can provide you our Services.
This data is stored no matter if you're logged in or not, but
such data is not linked with your other user info on our Services.
Due to the fact that this data cannot be linked to you, this data cannot be removed per request, although it is automatically cleaned every 14 days.
When logging in using your Fall Guys account associated to your Epic Games account through the FGAnalyst systems, data that is automatically collected to estabilish a connection to our Services is not stored in order to protect your Epic Games account.
For the user info we do store, we may use it for any reason (except for what we said we won't use it for at 3.1), but when we do, you will be notified when possible. It can also be removed by user request as per point 5.
Data that we collect is not shared, sold, or given in any way to any third parties or federal agencies unless legally required.
We may occasionally provide some data with our affiliates and subsidiares.
Data that we and our affiliates/subsidiaries collect is also not used for ANY monetary purposes.
But in some cases, third parties may provide data to us to
authenticate you to our Services. If this does happen, users of our
Services will be notified.
This data provided to us by other
third parties is not shared anywhere else - only between CloudSeeker
and that specific third party.
To control
data shared to us by other third parties, you can check the privacy
policy of that third party, or contact us for removal.
Cookies are small bits of data stored in your browser or client, used for many reasons.
Our Services use cookies for a very lightweighted reason: Just to
authenticate you.
The authentication cookie for Chatrooms Hometown
is called "authentication", and is only used when you are
logging into external services.
The Epic Games authentication cookie used for some FGAnalyst systems is called "EOS_AUTHENTICATION", and typically expires after 5 hours upon its creation. It is only used while you are using some FGAnalyst systems.
You have the right to request your personal data be sent to you in an archive file by contacting us through the system administrator email or our Twitter/X handle.
This privacy policy can be terminated by deleting user info from all of our Services at https://cloudseeker.xyz/data-removal/, or when not possible or for inquiries about data not associated to your account, by contacting the system administrator.
If you are a citizen of Macedonia and you think that the collection or processing of your personal data has violated your rights or the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit a request for protection to the Personal Data Protection Agency through their website: https://azlp.mk
